Sealed Product / Return Policy
Because we sell sealed Pokémon TCG products, all sealed product sales are final. This protects customers, collectors, and the integrity of the hobby.
That said, I’m not here to leave anyone hanging. If your order shows up damaged, incorrect, or clearly not as described, email me and I’ll make it right.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship, but cancelled orders are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. That fee is deducted from the refund total.
The reason is simple: payment processors do not refund their processing fees when an order is cancelled, so the fee helps cover the cost already charged on the original transaction.
Pre-Orders / Back-Orders
Please read this before placing a pre-order.
If your order includes a pre-order or back-order item, the entire order ships together once the pre-order item is ready. For example, if one item in your cart ships in one month, the full order ships in one month.
If you want in-stock items shipped right away, place them as a separate order.
Orders with pre-order or back-order items cannot be partially shipped or partially cancelled.
Pre-orders and back-orders are charged immediately at checkout. Cancellation requests can be made before shipment, but the 6% cancellation fee still applies.
